The garment is in good condition, with no tears or holes. There are a couple of minor marks on the jacket. It has shoulder, elbow, back & tailbone padding. The measurements were taken with the garment laid flat on the floor. Top of neck to bottom - 24 inches Pit to pit - 20 inches Arm length - 19 inches
