Costa Blanca Lined Black Jacket

This jacket by Costa Blanca is made of a cotton/spandex blend (97/3) in black and has a satin-like black and white zebra print lining. The jacket has a front button closure and is pleated all the way around at the waist. I wonder if the jacket was shrunk in the wash, as the buttonholes are tight for the buttons, and the piece fits better as a size 2 than a size 4. It's still very wearable, just a smaller version of what it should be. Please note, the jacket will be sold AS IS so please use the measurements. As stated, this piece is marked as a size 4 but fits better as a size 2. The fabric doesn't have much stretch, so a little extra room would be a good idea for movement.
