Cottagecore owl print skirt

Brand is Paper Plane and in size M/L. Super unique, found this at a boutique a couple of years ago. Waist band has elastic sewn in the back and skirt has a lining sewn inside. Not sheer at all and 100% cotton. Approximate measurements shown in picture. Excellent condition. Non-smoking home.
