Cotton Candy LA White Strapless Dress w/ Shorts

This is such a cute summer dress with a lovely linen look, and 100% cotton lining. It has a zip back with clasp, and front bow that can be styled as you like. The chest also has a silicon/grippy strip to help ensure it stays in place. See pics for the shorts/skort-like bottoms; the wind is no problem in this. Can be dressed up or worn casually. I’ve only worn it twice. Bought 2017. Tag says size large, but I’m a small/medium (5’2”, 135lbs) and it fits well. Measurements in pics! I ship with recycled or recyclable packaging whenever possible. 🪴
