Hello so buttoned up shoulder to shoulder is 15.5”, pit to bottom of jacket is 13”. Shoulder to bottom of hem is 21.5”. Not sure what you mean by bottom of hem. Let me know if you have any more questions. Hope this helps!

@maggester Thank you for letting me know 😊 I meant the measurement across the bottom hem from bottom edge to bottom edge of the jacket if that makes any sense.
