Cotton Ruffle skirt M-L

Reposting as just a bit tight in the waist for me☹️. Well loved as posher said she purchased in Venice and wore all over Europe😎. Asymmetrical ruffles with suede tie accents. Back zipper. 100% cotton. 30” waist and 42” hips. Approximately 33” length. Some minor signs of wear around waistband but nothing problematic. One small red mark on the inside of waist that I will try to spot clean now. Never got to wear this summer because of waist too tight. Looks fab with my linen Jones jacket as same vibe. Please take this beauty on another vacation!
