Cotton & Silk Blend Italian Floral Print Skirt

This unique skirt is Italian design. It is made of beautiful fabric, that is 77% cotton and 23% silk. It is black with a pattern of gorgeous fusia red and orange roses. The skirt has 3 layers, with tulle underneath and above the fabric. It is size 12. The waist is 15”, and has a bit of stretch in it (not much, though). The fabric length is 19.5”, with the tulle showing underneath , at 21” length. It is adorable and very rich looking. This is gorgeous piece, in a great shape, a real head turner.
