Cotton blend dress

Spring summer dress. Has pockets. P2P 16 and waist at elastic 11 inches across while flat. Very stretchy, p2p stretches to 20 across and waist to 19 across. 37 inches long from top of shoulder to hem. 35% polyester and 65% cotton. Tags removed but never worn.
