jadeseeee @cupcakesntea hi! I’ve updated the measurement on the description above! For the softness, I’d rate it 8/10, it is quite soft for a thick sweater. As for the pilling, there are some minor pilling all over the sweater. But I’ll be using a pilling machine to run over the sweater before sending it out :)
