Cotton ruffle tank to made in Peru stretch knit

I wish I knew a little bit more about this tank top cuz it's so darn cute. it's made in Peru 100% cotton. The tag says. three-tier ruffle layer under the bust. and cute knit print at the top. it's trimmed with a beautiful trim. size small. pit to pit 14. length 19
