Waist side to side, 17” (without stretching it) it is elastic waist so lots of room to move. Has nice drawstring tie in front. Hiding pockets on each side, very nicely made, nice side details on side of each short leg. Length from waist to end of short leg is 16” approx. inside seam is approx 5”.
