Cougar brand women's black leather slouchy boots: *Ladies US size 7 *Western style heel & almond toe shape. *Top of boot can be worn folded over for a different look. *1 1/2" heels *Shaft of boot measures 9" from top of heel to top edge of shaft. *Pull on style. *Made in Canada. *Pre-owned condition: left boot has a small scratch/indent to leather on side (see photo with arrow). Leather has a few scuffs/creases from light wear. Outer soles show very light wear.
