Cougar waterproof Chelsea boots

cougar waterproof Chelsea booties that I wore for one season (last year) with signs of use but lots of life left in the shoes. the one fabric part for the angles must have a broken elastic because it's squiggly as shown. scuffs on the toes and regular wear as I wore them in the winter time, I washed them off with baby wipes as best as I could lol but could be some dirt here and there left leather uppers and rubber bottom size 9 priced to reflect, add to a bundle for a deal
