gingerdollhouse @mmagowa hi there! yes it does have a half elastic at the back of the skirt. it gives an extra 1in. in stretch to the waist.

gingerdollhouse @jaybeebagunu it does fit a bit smaller in the waist (a vintage size 12 fit). And the hole is shown in the last 2 pics. in the last photo its beside the tape, pointed put with a blue gel pen😊

gingerdollhouse @jaybeebagunu sorry! please disregard the hole and sizing that was so post to be a response for another listing question..🤦‍♀️ it fits like a 10/12 or a modern size L.
