Worn once to prom, vintage 90s dress with built in shoulder pads and pleated 3/4 length sleeves ; stiff cotton ; great if you have a country wedding to attend, looks great with cowboy boots or high heels alike. Not sure of the size. It was a little big on me, I'm a small. Buttons down in front.
