Gorgeous skirt, bought at Courage My Love vintage boutique in T.O. Bought it for a dream vacation that didn’t happen. Unfortunately, I’ve never worn it. Skirt is unlined and marks were previously there. Stretchy elastic waist (approx 12” across when laying it flat, approx 14” across when elastic fully stretched).
