jcar33 @barpas hi there this pot is 8 inches wide and 3 1/4 inches high without the lid. It holds six cups of liquid with an inch to spare from the upper rim.

jcar33 @mortymart hi there, there are no chips. There are raised patches where the black is that you see in the photos-like a layer of the discoloration on top of the coating layer. Hope this helps.
