Cowl neck Dress Top with Belt

This is a odd item in that this top doesn’t have any labels. No brand label nor sizing label. I’ll do my best to be as transparent as possible in describing it and add measurements laid flat. It is a beautiful black and grey striped, cowl neck, top. There is a removable belt and the shoulder has buttons lifting the sleeves. Buttons cannot be undone. The material is a thick, soft cottony feel. This would look cute with a pair of black leggings and some booties. Condition: 8/10, good used condition. Any other questions, please ask.
