Cozy, Soft Sweater Dress

This dress is very soft, warm, and comfortable. It can also be worn as a sweater. Pristine condition It feels like wool, but it's not scratchy-- at least, not to me:) The belt isn't included, but it's pretty without the belt as well. Very cozy, people are always telling me they want to hug me when I wear this dress! Stunning dark blue, that I think would compliment any skin type. I'm 5"6 Waist: 27 Bust: 36 Hips: 39 Usually I'm a medium, but this dress would look very cute on a small as well
