How to use: Place the butter in the lid using a wooden spoon. Fill the container with fresh water and add a pinch of salt, making sure the butter is completely submerged. Put the lid back on the container. Change the water every 3 days (daily during the summer) depending on the temperature. If you're going away for an indefinite period, remove the water and put the dish in the fridge. Dimensions: Large: approximately 5 1/4 in x 3 3/4 in, holds around 4 oz of butter.
