Cream Lace Dress

I bought this dress in the Summer. Doesn't fit me as I'd like (height: 5'4) as I thought it would hit at the knees but it hits below the knee. The tag is still intact. The dress has some weight to it. So it won't sway a lot in windy climate. It has adjustable straps. I bought this dress internationally for 200$ CAD.
