Cream colored tapered top

Nice belted motif and pull up sleeves with button. Has makeup stains on the inside of the neck area ( which should come off), otherwise in good condition. Sleeves are 17” long. Shoulder to hem is 21 1/2”. Bust area is 40”. Waist area is 33”. No tag on material type. Feels like cotton.
