Cream dress with pleated skirt Self-Portrait

This Self-Portrait dress has been in my closet for years with the tag attached and still hasn't been worn! What a sad fate for such a sublime dress. It is new, but there are mini defects in the skirt which only appear when you unfold it (see last photo). The label says it's a UK size 8 or US 4 (or France 36). The top is structured, but the bottom is very fluid. The top is not transparent at all, but the bottom shows the underwear which is not skin-colored.
