Cream lace button up mini dress

I bought this dress second-hand and removed the tags, but I believe it was a BCBG dress. The dress is a cream lace with a nude underlay. The dress buttons up in the front and the back top of the dress is sheer (no nude layer). The dress is on the shorter end. There is some discolouration on the inside of the button up and on the arm (see photos).
