100% cotton Pit to pit 20 inch Sleeve 23 inch Length 34 inches. About knee length on someone 5’6 No missing buttons or snags. Has belt loop for your own belt. I wore as a nice loose sweater being size small, but it fits up to a size large. The sizing says 14-16 but it is not that big. I think up to size medium looks best. European sizing on tag. FRbox0725
