Cream sheer long-sleeved blouse with lace detail - no tag

Gorgeous off-white/cream sheer vintage blouse with lace detailing along the front of the neck and a button closure on the back. The tag has been cut out so I am not sure what the brand or size is. Rough measurements shown in photos.
