nessa_cozmo @mslynn13 Hi there! It measures approximately 17.5”. There doesn’t seem to have been a materials tag sewn into the jacket, which is very odd but I suspect based on the feel of it that it’s a spandex material and the inner lining is polyester. I hope that helps, I apologize that I couldn’t provide absolute material composition values for you.
