A nice little creamer made by Empire Porcelain in Staffordshire, England in the 1930s (judging by the marks). It features floral gold filigree throughout and has 2 scenes. The first is of multi colored flowers and a font while the other is of a woman in period dress walking amongst flowers; she is similar to the Lavender Lady and Duchess in other works. There are no cracks or chips but there is crazing. The creamer is 2 3/4" tall and 3" at its widest without the handle.
