Vintage Creative Pantino Canada black luxurious velvet sleeveless button down top. I believe the buttons are supposed to run down the back but that leaves the label at the front, which leads me to believe you could likely wear it back to front as a vest or else as a top with buttons down the back. I will say there are bust darts on the non buttoned side so it will probably fit the bust better this way. Excellent preloved condition no stains or tears.
