This is a 1993 pattern leaflet booklet of plastic canvas called - Nursery Bears in Plastic Canvas Leaflet #1495 from Leisure Arts. It is a set of instructions and patterns for making nursery bears. The booklet is complete in decent condition but some wear on the leaflet on the cover and spine and some stickers wear on it.
