Creepy Italian Stitched Body Doll, Vintage

Super creepy vintage doll with one really weird eye! Wears an Italian outfit, which has a few brownish water stains. I'm not sure what her face is made of, possibly bisque. Body is stitched together. No makers marks that I can find. About 18" tall. Creep out your neighbors!
