Creepy sad clown plastic head hands feet with truck fabric and block body

In fair condition. Stitch/glue coming undone on one side of collar. Feet have what look to be bite marks. Is 30" tall, but doesn't stand. Body is a block so it sits upright. Fabric is bright yellow with trucks all over.
