EUC Mannequin is 36B/C bust with a 26” waist - so a solid US8 or Medium Button half front frilled collar retro styled summer dress. Short capped adjustable sleeves . Slight drop waist and semi full skirt. No lining. Geometric star pattern is cream brown and orange centre. Size is a XL but this is an Philippines label so more a medium. Please check all measurements in the photos very lightweight soft rayon (? - sorry no care label).
