Cropped Baby Blue Tank with Button-up Back

Cropped baby blue tank from Forever 21. This one looks fabulous with a high-waisted skirt or jeans! It’s a nice thick material with adorable button up detail up the back. This one is one of their older, better quality styles (in my opinion). Excellent pre-loved condition. One small snag (see last photo; not noticeable when worn) but otherwise excellent condition.
