Cropped Hocus Pocus Blouse from Hot Topic

This beautiful cropped blouse was purchased for a Mickey Halloween Party at Disney. Turns out that I don’t wear cropped tops anymore so it’s just sitting in my closet. Purchase on Poshmark new with tag and never worn; like new condition! Very unique design, buttons and features an embroidered cat.
