Cropped black and white blouse

Cute blouse, 100% rayon so it drapes perfectly and has a silky feel. Twist on classic black and white polka dots. Worn only once but I sewed a couple of discreet snaps at the top to have the option to raise the neckline, but they'd be easy to remove. Selling because it just doesn't accomodate an ample chest, although it has a proper placket. Well made top.
