Cruella/Paint Splash pencil skirt

Obsessed with this, but have only worn it once! High waisted, slim fit with a bit of stretch if needed - was given as a gift so I never tried it on, but it’s a pretty perfect M! I love it with a black top tucked in and clunky boots, I think I just don’t go anywhere fun.
