Crystal Clear Candle Holder & Candlestick

A crystal glass candle holder in the shape of a tulip. It was made in the US by Crystal Clear and has a lead content of 24%, considered the optimal lead content for crystal. There are no chips or cracks that I could find. It is 7 3/4" tall while the base is 4 5/8" by 2 5/8". It comes with the candlestick in the 1st picture.
