Cuffz by Linz Original Y2K bag

I can’t even begin to explain how iconic this bag was in Y2K, I’ll just say IYKYK 😉 Fully functional “police grade” handcuffs. Key is in the zipper. I think this purse was called the hobo bag (is that even pc now?) Has signs of wear and minor stains on the leather. Inside lining has pink ink stains (see photo) from the pink feather pen I carried around in Y2K, again IYKYK.
