Shiny blue material with buckle on the waist. Comes with devil headpiece and 2 red tails, choose one to pin on the back. Size is CME (Child Medium). Bodice is polyester, spandex blend with 100 % nylon bottom. We do pack our items with care; however, tutu will require steaming. Colour depends on device/screen settings and lighting in pictures.
