Custom Handmade Sweater Vest

Custom Hand Knit Navy Blue Sweater Vest. I had this made for me but have never worn it. Great over a long sleeve shirt. Opens up along both sides where the buttons are. Unsure of wool type but soft. Measurements are straight across 30" Length is 28" cowl neck unfolded is 12" pet and smoke free home.
