Custom Made Party Dress for a young girl

This dress was custom made in Toronto for a 3 year old. Laying flat it’s 20.5” long Across the waist it’s 11” It has a pretty pink bow attached on the back. The back has a zipper with a little clasp at the top. There’s a lining inside and in between the lining and the dress is a little crinoline. The size is only approximate. The dress is from a smoke free home
