Custom Music Note WG Diamond Sapphire pendant

Pendant I had custom made from two of My Rings..For that Music Lover. There is a Blue Diamond .25 CT. A nice Blue Sapphire .25 CT..And 20 small Diamonds white..Clean and clear. The small Diamonds are at least 1 point. Maybe Two..It was not stamped but guarantee Gold..It should be 14kt as my rings were that content..The bail will hold a larger chain. I never wore this and it was made for me in 2019 by a local gold Smith.weight 2.91g Open to offers. Thank you
