Custom Vans size 11

I made these shoes as fun project for Bryce Vine! You know Bryce Vine right? He made the song Drew Barrymore, La La Land, Im Not Alright… Unfortunately the plans fell through. This took me 25 hours to make. I made sure it was perfected to the tee. This was an amazing challenge for me, as Bryce wanted something abstract and something within his style; so I made it happen! Of course I put my own style into it and it turned out great. He absolutely loved them!! The box took a lot of brainstorming to figure out something that was his style, I had at least 5 drafts at one point. Took me 3 do-overs to finalize the look I was going for. In the end, I ended up free handing the box. Size 11 men’s Vans. Super unique!! I used Angelus paints, and sealed with 3 different types of sealant to secure the paint into the fabric. The box was just acrylic paint, but was also sealed 3 times.
