I purchased the (sleeveless) BHLDN Reagan Gown and purchased a Jenny Yoo capelet. I asked a seamstress if they could make flutter sleeves on the dress from the capelet. This is the result. I love this dress.

jaykaybay1 @kroby13 Yes - having some issues with the post office, bc I had to go out of town last minute to help family last week (crazy times right now with everything going on!).
