Custom designed dress new with tags

New with tags, one of a kind strapless dress in size 6 - see measurements. Knee length (I’m 5’4). Wear strapless or has thin removable straps. Gorgeous lace over ivory satin, ribbon sash belt is included as well as a matching men’s tie if desired. This dress is in perfect condition, and has been stored in a protective dress bag. Purchased from local bridal boutique. Event was cancelled so was never worn.
