Custom dynamite dress with skull buttons

Worn once before I outgrew this beautiful dress. The skull detail on the sleeve adds just a little edge to this cute look. I can add measurements if needed. It's approx 29" at the smallest point. Has a little give but will pull off super busty. Cost reflects replacement of all buttons to the gold metal from a cheap plastic
