Beautiful one of a kind custom made hat by Toronto designer Lilliput hats. This beauty perches securely on your head and sits slightly tilted to one side on a flattering angle. Trimmed elegantly with a rich black satin lace and iridescent black/green feathers that give this hat a romantic and alluring flair. Comes with a retro looking, original box hat and wrapping paper. In pristine, brand new condition, never worn.
