The ordinary just won't do...so why not customize it to make it special and unique? And that's exactly what was done with these Nine West black boots. These boots are sleek and sophisticated with an angled platform front. Hand painted design features a pendant retro lady head, bows, flowers and dots. A true work of art and conversation starter! Heels are new, however, the interior lining along the perimeter of the opening had some minor cracking which isn't noticeable when worn. Heels measure 4.5"
