Custom-made Skirt Top Dress Set

This was custom made by an excellent seamstress back in 1991 for my mom's second wedding, worn once and in excellent condition, no tags but I'd say size 6 (mannequin is size 6). Skirt has elastic waistband and yes, there are shoulder pads! Approximate measurements (laid flat): TOP Pit to pit 18.5" Waist 13" stretches to 14.5" Length 21.5" Sleeve 17" SKIRT Waist 11.75" stretches to 18" Hips 19.5" Length 27.5"
